What we do with your car.

The estimate process.

It all begins when you come in for an estimate. This is the process of determining how much it is going to cost to repair your car.

What happens if my car is totaled?

What happens next?

Upon receving your car we will do a full outside wash of your car. With slippery smooth soap to prevent dirt and grime scratches.

Some tips to help with car washing:

  • Rinse the car and wheel wells thoroughly before washing your car to prevent dirt scratches.

  • Use plenty of soapy water with a clean microfiber cloth to allow the water and soap to glide off. (Preferably soap with some kind of wax in it.)

  • Work from the top down, start at the roof and move down to the wheels. Rinsing the sections in between to prevent the soap from drying on the car.

  • Once done, dry using a clean microfiber cloth or a chamois if you have one.

What happens if you find more damage?

We will contact the payee of the repair to discuss and confirm additional damage, once our decision is authorized we can continue on to order parts and start with the repair process.

What happens next?

After inspecting for more damage we can start to repair the damage, removing and repairing old parts and putting shiny new ones in. Returning your ride to its former glory.
